Delivered Right to Your Door

• Products are delivered direct to your home. When you order from Springfree Trampoline a tracking number will be provided to you via e-mail once the product ships.
• All products are shipped in 1 – 3 boxes. The trampoline boxes are heavy, and we advise two people will be required to lift each box.
• Canada purchases cannot currently be shipped internationally nor to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
• Shipping charges apply to spare and replacement part orders.

For locations outside of free shipping areas in Canada, the delivery cost will depend on where you live. When you purchase online, the system will automatically calculate the cost based on your location. You can also call our Customer Care Team for more information on delivery, at 1 877 586 7723.
