I was a bit sceptical at first and then we went to an experience centre to try them out......on my first jump I was sold!!!! It is just the best bounce ever, you feel so free and capable on this trampoline. Nothing else can do it justice. I know the price is expensive, but I believe it is well worth it. Customer service is great too. We erected our own trampoline and had some small defects on some poles, which were replaced within a few days of me notifying springfree. I can't wait until the kids are old enough to buy the basketball net as a present. Just fantastic!!!

I initially was doubtful of the bounce quality of the spring free trampolines but bought it for the safety aspects. Our daughters do gymnastics and train on high quality spring units. After their first bounce on the spring free they believe it bounces better than the ones they use at gym and rate it 5 out of 5.
We purchased the large oval and decided to install it ourselves. The instructions supplied in the box were incorrect and confusing. I would recommend you watch the installation video and download the updated installation instructions from the website before you start. Once it was all assembled, brilliant. The kids are on there for hours and there's plenty of room for two of them at once.

The instructions are a joke. The trampoline could be assembled in 20 minutes but because of poorly described steps took 2 painful hours, particially step 5. Also the round frame didnt fit together well in the joints. Even when assembled and tensioned the joins didnt line up and bed down fully.

Great product! My husband and I were able to install in 2 hours, great directions and the videos are really well done. The trampoline has great bounce and the enclosure makes for safe fun for our whole family. We Love it!

Awesome tramp, looks and performs great. Once we got the hang of installing it the process was fun and only took a couple of hours. A small gripe with the add on dunk hoop was the cable ties supplied were too large to fit through the holes in the brackets. But overall a great product and we hope it will last a lot longer than our last chinese tramp (which was a total waste of money)
