Installation

Springfree™ Trampoline is supplied in flat pack boxes and is designed to be self assembled (we recommend 2 people working together to make it simpler). Your Springfree™ Trampoline comes with a comprehensive installation manual with easy to follow, step by step instructions. You can also view our tips and videos.

Spare Parts

Your Springfree™ Trampoline is designed to be robust and strong. As with any product installed outdoors, natural accidents, pets or even the kids can damage play items. We supply spare parts for all Springfree™ Trampoline models.

Spare parts do incur an additional freight charge. Please contact customer support through our contact page to place your order.

Warranty Coverage

The Springfree™ Trampoline warranty covers manufacturing faults only, and does not apply to general wear and tear.

Springfree™ Trampoline warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal recreational use and service conditions.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your product warranty, please contact our customer services team through our contact page.  Full details of your product warranty can also be found within the product manual.  If you no longer have your manual, these can be downloaded from this website.

Should your Springfree be out of warranty and require replacement parts, these can be purchased by calling our friendly team on the number provided in our contact page.

Delivery Query

Springfree™ Trampoline ships within the continental USA within 7 - 10 days.

You will receive delivery details within 2 business days from the date you received your fully paid invoice. Your delivery notification will outline your delivery status and advise of your delivery schedule; at this point you can contact the freight forwarder directly with any special request.

If you have not been contacted within these time schedules and you have yet to receive delivery information please call 1 866 899 7370 and speak with our Customer Care Officer who will be able to assist you. For fast assistance, we ask that you have your invoice number on hand to quote.
