Our Trampolines

This is my second review, the 1st I was pretty negative about the quality and overall, let me explain. It was very dificult to build and one of the sockets broke in my hand (the scockets hold the rod to the mat). I was pretty beat up after a full day of fighting with it. Life is good now, with some advice from the amazing customer service department and a new socket on the way \i'm good to go. Here is what I did to get it together: 1 follow the directions, 2..very important put the rods in place the way you would install wheel nuts. Do two rods on each side of a joint in the frame, then do the same on the oposite side. noe you have two on each side of each joint do a couple of more and so on.

We recently purchased the JUMBO due to the fact the old one was falling apart. We have an avid user whom is an active gymnast and dancer. Our daughter wanted something larger and safer to use...though an expensive purchase, we are pleased with the quality of design... We see the value and likely will recoup some of the cost if we decide to sell it in a few years...this is by far the best trampoline on the market. Set up was somewhat smooth but does require patience and strength to assemble. Connecting 80 or so rods into mat connector was difficult at best. Thanks for the workout..... it took approximately 3 hours to assemble. Essentially, we love it wishing we bought one a few years ago....

winter cover buckle broke and springfree had a replacement to be within 3 business days at no cost. great service!

I contacted Springfree by email to request a new buckle that was broken on the cover that we had just bought for our jumbo square trampoline. All I wanted was a new buckle, but they sent us a whole new cover! All they asked for in return was a photo of the broken buckle. On top of that the customer service was fast and friendly. Great stuff and a refreshing change.

The package says it takes 2 people 2 hours to set up but I did it alone in 2 and a half hours. The flex rods take a lot of strength to set but once all done, it's the most fun I have ever had and I have been jumping on trampolines daily for years! As I use my trampoline late at night for running and cardio, I needed one with a great bounce, a net that actually catches me and a trampoline without noisy springs. I found it all in my Jumbo Square!

This is a great trampoline! Our two kids age 3 and 5 have spent hours and hours jumping on this and we've only had it for a month. Mom and dad have also been known to take a few jumps on it as well:) Excellent quality, no worries at all about safety. Best trampoline out there.....you pay more, but as you know how the saying goes - you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend to anyone out there. The hardest part of the assembly was making sure the net goes on correctly....that step probably stumped us the longest. The only down side I have is how expensive the accessories are. You obviously need a set of steps to get into this - and if you want to buy the one from Springfree it's another$100. Also living in Canada, we will need to get a cover, which is another $160+.

Impressive, well-designed, extremely safe.
