Exercise without the ‘exercise’ tag…

I climbed a Mountain yesterday. It seemed like a great idea at the time but as I made my way up all I kept thinking is WHY!! However once I reached the top, the feeling was like no other. I challenged myself and won. Erin 1, mountain 0.

Exercising without realising it is amazing! Getting out, challenging yourself and finding adventure is truly liberating and my new thing to do…

So this has inspired me to create a list – an adventure list.

So what other exercise type activities can you do that screams FUN and hides the fact that your exercising?

Here is what I have so far. Please feel free to add any other great ideas.

  • Jumping on a springfree Trampoline
  • Riding a bike
  • Climbing mountains
  • Dancing
  • Roller Blading
  • Ice Skating
  • Surfing
  • Zumba
  • Scuba Diving
  • Snorkeling
  • Kayaking

So as you can see my list is pretty adventurous so where to next… Roller Blading. This should be fun!

Butler Family Puts The Kids On The Springfree Trampoline To Jump The Sillies Out!

“TIME OUT” SAYS MUM! – LUCKY CHILDREN THAT MEANS JUMPING ON THE SPRINGFREE™ TRAMPOLINE!!!!

“We have a small back yard and I love that the kids use the Springfree™Trampoline to get rid of excess energy! In fact when my son Jack is being naughty I send him to the Springfree™ Trampoline to jump his sillies out instead of sending him to his room! It diffuses the situation and he’s laughing within minutes. Jack often flings himself about on it and I don’t have to worry that he is going to fall off and hurt himself.”

What do you do like about your Springfree™ Trampoline or do you have tips for mothers when there kids are being a little silly?? Let us know by leaving a comment or posting to our Facebook fan page.
